Thomas O'Neill
Director
Thomas founded Danu Insight to use AI to scale climate data for institutional investors to address the most pressing systemic risks. He previously worked at CDP and co-founded the market-leading think-tank InfluenceMap to create metrics out of political lobbying data for the first time. Thomas lives in Berlin and has a degree in Politics and an MSc in International Security and Global Governance from Birkbeck, University of London. He has trained with the army, worked in the Metropolitan Police and been active in politics. He is on the Forbes Under 30 list for Europe Law and Policy.
Adam Osborne
Data Analyst
Adam is a data analyst at Danu Insight. After joining in 2023, he has led on building analysis of corporate communications through machine learning models, deriving key environmental and financial insights from our data. He holds a BEng in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from the University of Bristol, and recently completed an MSc in Environment, Politics, and Development at King’s College London.

Organisational Development, Advisor
ODS is cooperative consultancy working with non-profit and social impact initiatives to enhance their strategic capabilities, improve their organisational capacity, and facilitate their learning journey through evaluation and research. We are currently supporting DANU Insight to grow in scale and operations through a diversified funding model that can preserve their unique philanthropic contributions to the climate community.

Paul Dickinson
Advisor​, Organisational development
Paul founded CDP in 2000 with an ambition of creating a global economic system that operates within sustainable environmental boundaries and prevents dangerous climate change. Paul previously co-founded Rufus Leonard Corporate Design and EyeNetwork. Paul is Chair of the Trustees of the NGO ShareAction as well as a Trustee of the Findhorn Foundation in Scotland where he has established a program of seminars and retreats now used by the responsible investment community as well as emerging social businesses.
Archie Barraclough
Data Scientist
Archie joined Danu Insight to assist the team with various projects, particularly around web scraping and software development. Previously, he earned an MEng in Engineering Science from the University of Oxford before moving to London to pursue an MRes in Medical Imaging at UCL. His research there focused on developing hardware and software solutions for advanced light-based brain imaging instruments, to improve the diagnosis and monitoring of newborn brain injuries. Archie also has experience as a freelance software developer and is passionate about technology, neuroscience, and AI.
Louis Fletcher
Advisor, Academic
Louis is a Research Fellow at the University of Warwick and a member of the UK Energy Research Centre, where his work centres on the political economy of energy. Formerly Research Director of Universal Owner, Danu Insight's predecessor, he holds an MPhil from Cambridge and a PhD from Edinburgh.
